This is a centralized place I'll use to keep track of my goals.

Financial goals:

• $100,000 or more in income-producing assets
• Financial independence (passive income exceeds expenses) by 2032

Completed goals:

• Pay off all student loan debt by Dec 31, 2013
• completed February 2013
• Eliminate Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) by 2015
• completed March 2012 by refinancing
